• Once the flying cup starts to lift, we will not be able to lower the platform for you if you request to change your attire, shoes, etc.
• Drivers should not be under the influence of narcotics, spirits, or any other substances.
• Participants driving dangerously will be removed from the race will not initiate any refunds or damages for cancelled bookings.
• Pregnant women are requested to not participate in this activity
• Animals, your food and drink (unless permitted by Flying Cup); Bottles, cans or glass containers (unless permitted by Flying Cup); any item which might be interpreted as a potential weapon inclusive of sharp or pointed objects (e.g. knives); and Illegal substances Professional/ commercial recording devices are not allowed at the Flying Cup.
• Flying Cup may postpone, delay, cancel, interrupt or halt the event due to bad weather, dangerous situations, or any other issues/causes beyond control.

• Children between ages 4 to 12 will be considered as children and will be charged with the child rate.
