• One should be at least 5 years or above or at least 120 cm tall to take part in the dinner in the sky experience. Persons under 120 cm and above 105 cm may come if taken care of by an adult.
• An individual should be at least 18 years of age and should have a fully passive and active legal capacity for using the System.
• Once the dinner in the sky starts to lift, we will not be able to lower the platform for you if you request to change your attire, shoes, etc.
• One should not be under the influence of narcotics, spirits, or any other substances.
• Animals, your food and drink (unless permitted); Bottles, cans or glass containers (unless permitted by); any item which might be interpreted as a potential weapon inclusive of sharp or pointed objects (e.g. knives); and Illegal substances Professional/ commercial recording devices are not allowed at the dinner in the sky.

• Children under 5 years & below are not eligible and will be considered as infants and are not permitted.
